Hello!

I have Ann's permission to seek any help and input that you may have on
this HPV condition. She is studying Homeopathy, and is alternatively
oriented. Oriental Herbal medicine is also an option. Would anyone be
so kind as to give insight into this condition?
She'd rather not have to have a preventative hysterectomy if there was
an alternative...

Concerning homoeopathy identifying a certain virus is of no use. What is of great importance, are the symptoms. But taking our medical knwledg into consideration,human papiloma virus cause genital warts .It has no cure in allopathic medicine . They remove these warts (condyloma acuminata) by electrocauterization,laser,cryotherapy or surgical exicion. Despite all these methods the warts relapse and risk of cervix cancer does not decrease. We call the disease SYCOSIS in Hahnemaniann homoeopathy and it is not a difficcult case to cure. It is one of the first chronic miasmatic diseases which Hahnemann succeeded in curing. It has been written how to cure SYCOSIS in " THE CHRONIC DISEASES ". He introduce THUJA as the only antisycotic remedy. But for a complete cure you have to act as described in the above mentioned refference. I acted as he had guided and I got a good result. So I suggest you pay agreat deal of attention to your patient's symptoms.

I had a patient who had suspect cervical smear.

I treated her constitutionally (Nat-m) and she has been clear ever since (3
years!).

All the treatments that Farbod has mentioned are Suppressive and as such
will only damage the health of the pt in the long term.

Thanks for your emphasising on destructiveness of all allopathic treatment for HPV.
Another note : There is a lot of disease that cause suspect cervical smear : psora , socosis ,syphilis all of them can produce suspect cervical smear . The important matter is totality of symptom of disease . If totality of symptom identifing sycosis them you may need THUJA , NIT-AC . If totality of symptoms identifying another disease you may need another remedy and it will cure the disease certainly.
We need the patients symptom. If no we know no symptom we can suggest no remedy. According to HPV I can guess that the patient may suffer from genital warts , cauliflower like warts on genital and etc etc... If the patient suffer from same disease I guessed then she suffer from sycosis and the remedy is thuja , nit-ac.
