Frans Vermeulen's Synoptic Materia Medica 2 (the Complement to Prisma) as
well as Murphy's MM have extensive information on Androctonus - in Vermeulen
it is under Androctonus, p.78 and in Murphy it is under Scorpion, p.1563
(2nd edition, Jan 2000).

Best
Eleana

The provings are published by Jeremy. I think it is included in his
first book. Buy the book. Support his work.

Could any one advise which MM book would give description of "Cantharidin".
Just a tip: You find it mentioned under 'compare' at the end of 'Cantharis' in Boericke (page:166).

Munir,

Cantharidin is the toxic substance made by the spanish fly (cantharis).
There is also a rem called cantharidinum.

Hi Bill,
Do appreciate your prompt reply. BUT ...
Cantharis is also called 'Cantharides' -- Spanish fly. I know that.
'Cantharidin' is not the same. As I mentioned in previous message:
In Boericke it is mentioned under 'compare' (page 166) at the end of description of 'Cantharis/Canthrides' .
So it has to be different.

PS:
I have already looked thru Clarke, Kent, Allen, Hudges, Cowperwait, Lippe, Neatby, Mathur, Choudhuri, Phatak, Gupta, etc.
