Hi
Patient Presenting Case: Something physical - eg Acne
You need to be careful in your choice of M & E 'symptoms'. I would
recommend not to use any mental and emotional symptom but only those that
are relevant to the case.
You need to ask :
Are they the things that need to be cured?
Are they relevant to the case in hand?
(Effectively does this symptom define my patient)
If you concentrate of the physical and mental symptoms that questioning
about the physicals produce, then you are on a firmer ground.
