I had to treat an identical case during late past. I do not know if it was a case of Multiple Sclerosis as we homoeopaths do not recognise the ailment. What I know was that the symptoms were nearly the same.
On the basis of her symptoms, I started thetreatment with Sulphur 30C, three dosages a day, one hour before meals. The lady-patient felt better. Then I gave her an off from medicine for five days. I kept repertorising the change in her symptoms and then gave Arsenicum Album 30C and finally Phosphorous 30C in the same manner.
I remember she was nearly cured.
