My VistaPrint Electronic Business CardI have a patient who gets very angry and irritable with her family specifically from 5-7pm. Can anyone find a specific rubric for this particular time as I can't!! The Rx I gave her (Ars) has improved all her problems except that one!!

13.6.4.
Well, the timing for Arsenicum album is actually midnight like for Aconitum
napellum but of course on a complete different basis. Kind regards, Dr. medic

Maybe she's having a blood sugar drop, needs to eat herself?
My first thought would be like Rosemary's, that it's very likely that the
real issue is not time per se, but what else is going on? (Does she have
the same response if, e.g., she's on vacation or out of the house, no kids
to feed? And if that never happens :-) maybe that's part of the issue?)
Not that I'm trying to dismiss the time modality, just think it's important
to see whether time-of-day is really the issue, or whether it's more about
events-of-the-day.

What happens at 7, when her irritability stops? Is that when she gets to
eat herself, or when the kids are in bed, or ??

Dear Rosemary and Shannon,
I reckon it is quite possible that you are correct and I will ask these questions. As I said I gave her Sac Lac , which is very unusual for me, as I feel she wanted something but I also know that the remedy I gave her has done so well with all her presenting complaints that I didn't want to ruin the effect.

Thanks
