If you can determine any modalities for the chilliness, or determine if it's the heat or light of the sun that aggravates, rather than both, you could have smaller rubrics to cross, and these two symptoms together might be more useful. As far as I know, The most chilly yet sun agg fits two
remedies : Ant C and Nat Carb.
nat c is agg milk greatly ant c is moonlight agg. They
are easily differentiated.

This should not be construed as ambithermal. They
love all warmth except that of the sun. These two are
just there.
