Can anyone suggest Rx

Runs on adrelalin
Exam fear/anxiety - has *hughly* importantant exam comming up

Desires sweet things

Loves cheese

Likes warm drinks - does not drink cold drinks

Likes to be in control

Loves fresh air but wears lots of layers to keep ward

pain in left shoulder/arm ( looks to be in chromium process) - came on
recewntly - thinks linked to anxiety

Wakes at night worrying approx 2-3am

lack of confidence

very organised - likes things "just so" - though not obsessive
I keep comming up with Ars Alb

any other suggestions would be useful

nb I have given Reiki and Remedial Massage to left arm - Major improvement
in mobility and pain and patient feels "calmer and floaty!"

I have only got one go at this a exam is on fri am!!

Have you considered Arg-n acutely for this period of anticipation? Sounds
like maybe an Ars constitution in an Arg-n state.

Dear Joan,
Arg-n has many of these sx and has major issue with anticipation--also in "shorthand" is a L-sided Lycopodium, which also shows up in this case. Try to rule out arg-n, and if cant, may be useful.. Usually quite < heat (opposite of ars).

Arg-n (MIND)(morrison)
Anxiety while anticipating an engagement or test.
Anxiety when alone; ameliorated in company.
Impulsive irritability which he excessively regrets.
Impulsive weeping. Remorseful weeping.
Hurried; impulsively walks faster and faster with anxiety finally becoming aware that he is running for no reason.
Superstitious or fixed ideas. Compulsive thoughts or behavior.
Weakness of memory. Mental deterioration. Dementia.
Tries to avoid any ordeal.
Anxiety in the morning on waking; feels he cannot face the day.
Morose and despairing.
Predicts the hour of his death.
