Acute case - help needed

A good friend of mine has an acute problem: he has a stitching pain, like a
needle, in his right side of his penis.

the pain is not constant. It comes and goes.

It appeared yesterday and after he slept on his abdomen (that probably had
some pressure on his penis) the pain became worse and more frequent today.

No other sx.

Can you please give me some suggestions how to help him?

The rubric Penis - pain - stitching -- is too large to guiode me.

Also, remedies of SPLINTER-like pains that he took today (alternately)
ARG-NIT, nitric acid did not help.

If you have any experience in a problem like this or suggestions - please
help.
