So I suppose the first point from this is a reminder that -- "getting the
remedy right" in the beginning is only *part* of the journey; issues down
the line may become even more important. And, severe mental disease needs
to be approached as carefully as severe physical disease, esp. in case it
*becomes* severe physical disease!

With your OCD patient, can you describe what posology you've used? Your
thought seems very reasonable, that gradually ascending potencies might have
let her body adjust gradually, and maybe avoid development of severe
physical disease... Or, maybe it wouldn't have happened anyway; I would
love to know/hear more on the subject! I was told that only *really* severe
mental disease might pass thru cancer as part of cure -- schizophrenia was
specifically mentioned, and catanoia I'd think would be similar (worse).

Can you describe more of what you've done and observed with your OCD person?

month, then moved up to 10M after another month. After the 10M, she felt

or behaviors is that as the patient gets better, they develop workable
strategies for getting themselves out of their obsessiveness. They may have
had the tools for doing this earlier, but they never worked before; now they
do, and the patient gains an increasing sense of no longer being at the
mercy of the obsession.

Do you mean single doses of 200/1M/10? That's a quicker ascent than I'd
usually use. Could you say, did she have improvement after 200 but not
enough or faded, or why you chose to go up in that way? OTOH I can see that
this *is* gradual in comparison to if you'd *started* at 10M...
