Hi Ardavan, all,

From Boger-Boenninghausens' Characteristics:

Agg. and Amel. in General:
Thinking of his disease agg. -
Sensations & Complaints in General:
Sudden, effects, pains -
Chest, inner:
Sticking, stitches -
In Boger-Boenninghausen's Char. you don't find these symptoms in the Rep
(nor the remedy described in the MM).

Murphy's MM has:
MALE, neuralgic pain, testes -
MALE; pain, spermatic cords, motion agg. - (1 remedy only!)
MALE, pain, spermatic cords, neuralgic -

In Allen's Encyclop., Vol 12 (where you can look for the symptoms):
Spermatic cords, pain, after going out: - (1 remedy only)

BTW (personal experiences):
the remedy also has an affinity to stings by mosquitos. Ameliorates the
swelling and the itching, and decreases the tendency to be bitten (Comp.
Calad)

Best,

Gaby
