hi
i have this pt whose main complaint is asthma.
says his childhood was something that robbed him of all possibilities.
had a step-father who was extremely severe, you couldn't speak out your mind at his presence. you hardly had the courage to breath him being around.
the pt doesn't want any help from others, wants to prove that he can manage by himself.
and when he finally receives some he feels he's madly grateful for that person and must pay back as soon as possible.
very critical towards people around him and himself, too. his criticism isn't like he would burst out what terrible looking frock you're wearing, but more like about the quality of that person - how he/she is, how he thinks....and he likes company very much, very sociable a person, likes to get to know new people.
stabborn and conscientious , he goes to work even if ill, resulting nearly to collapse by the work .
he has a sensation that he's been made out of two unidentical pieces, vertically.
another sensation is that he feels that his spine is curving to the right, only when lying.
getting up and moving about ameliorates.
99% all his physical complaints are right-sided, he had even a section of his right lung removed when 2yrs old.
of course there's much more to this than just that what i wrote here, but i would like get some ideas of the rxs which pop up to peoples mind so i can work the case ahead.
many of the sxs mentioned here, i couldn't find in rep...maybe was looking at the wrong direction but...
he's got two rxs by now, which i won't tell cause i want to hear uninfluenced responses ; )
the rxs have done something but i'm not satisfied..neither of them is *the* rx for him.
yours sincerely and thank you,
william
