Torn cartilage

Has anyone had any experience with treating torn cartilage (meniscus)
homeopathically or in any other way with proven, positive results? Thanks.

Yes remedy used Hekla Lava always 30 and 3/d .
always good results no operations needed! 4 cases only though.liz lalor
