Hi, Sallyanne

As I wrote in an earlier post, it's taken internally. I used it as a herbal
tincture, half a dropper three times a day. I don't know if it would work
topically.

Dear Cinnabar,

Im really interested to know more about the herb 'spilanthes' you use. Im assuming you apply it topically? Where does it come from? Do you make it up yourself or can it be bought as a cream?

Also, Jon Van Hoffen said he uses, Staph 6x, is that taken internally or applied to the skin?

I also get bitten, a lot!
