In the rep it just says that:-

Bacillus 7 was the 7th non lactose fermetinng type of bacillus observed in
the lab and as it did not conform to any of the previously known groups it
was given the numeral "7"

Bacillus 10 was the 10th non-lactose fermenting type observed in the lab

The differences can be found in a repertory or in one of the books covering
just the bowel nosodes. They are both really small to read, so easy to find
their uses

If you don't have access to one of these, then maybe we can help but, really
you should have a book that has this info in it.
Bacillus 7 has a richer proving than #10
7 has the keynote of mental and physical fatigue and site of action the
neuro-muscular junction.
10 has less info but seems to have asthma, warts and genital itches as main
features.

You need to read the remedies in a materia medica - if you don't have one
let us know

Which materia medicas do you have access to Joan?
