Was that right decission

Is this a right decission, not to take full case if you find so much mental or emotional symptom in one patient 
Case:
This is the patient who was so much conscious about his sickness, that he was thinking for suicide. The suicidal thought was developed when his engagement with his real cousin broken. The disease was spreading all parts of body day by day. His inlaws decided to break the engagement. The patient was under great depression and anxiety. He was thinking all the time about his incurable disease. The symptoms started, when he left ICI soda ash factory located near world biggest salt mine khewra.
Could I be treated with homeopathy?
Is it cureable?
These were the questions, he asked many times. The patient was dull mind, sad and was looking confused. He was conscious about his skin problem. The temperament was weeping and teasing.
If the condition remains the same, then better is I should leave the world. My cousin deny to marry with me. The patient said....
Skin was more white and was turning into pink .... surrounding portion were also turning into black... the condition was becoming worse and worse on touching water.

Note: In order to keep the privacy of patient and doctor.... few irrelevent areas have been removed. The resolution has been changed which is also effecting picture quality. The colors are blur and spreading. If you find anything inconvience. Accept my appoligise in advance.
In this case, mental and emotional symptoms were so prominent that full case was not taken. only one single remedy was tried for three months and a considerable change in the skin pigmentation was observed. Still the patient was not cured completely but progressing of the disease has been stopped. Remedy has done its work but now its stop working further. What was that remedy. and what to do next?
