I am not an authority to give my last ruling on the subject. I have little self experience in homeopathy, which covers 4 to 5 years. Earlier I was assiting professor doctor Tahir in his clinic for three years. I learned so much from him. I believe, homeopathy is more practical then the philosophical thoughts.

This case was published in my monthly magazine. I presented the same case at hpathy forum with an assumption that my honourable members may get benefit from this case. Weather your selection is right or wrong or even the selection of medical doctors could also be wrong. But the problem is, patient responded very well against the way of treatment which was given to him. That is why, I would say, if the patient gets cure whether you first give sulph and finished up on merc or the same patient can be cure if you first give merc and finish up on sulph.

You see if you find the rubrics and repterterize the case, you come up with sulph, puls, nat mure, mez, phos, merc and lyco

In this case, first sulph 1m was given stat dose keeping in view of sycotic and syphilitic traits.

The case was finished up with mez 30 three times daily for fifteen days with an application of plane gel on few spots.

The skin of the patient is still does not match with his original skin color but one can not say that he was the patient of Leucoderma.

P.S, The patient was seen by Dr. Khalid Saboor, Dr. Ch Arshad, Dr. mas, Dr. Rene Netter, Dr. Salim, Dr. Wakeel and Dr. Aftab Ghauri.

How long did you wait after Sulph before giving Mez?

Very interesting case.

However you say:

Please can you explain WHY it was necessary to repeat Mez 30 3-time per day
for 15 days?
On which part of the Organon is this based? If it is not is it Hahnemannian?

What evaluation was carried out before each dose?
If none, what would have happened if Mez was the wrong remedy?

Typical sycotic leucoderma case. Once I had such case long time ago. The guys skin was totally fungoid however the uncovered part was very healthy - unlike Thuja. The three fundamental remedies in such skin problems are sulphur, thuja, and tuberculinum. However, I meditated and gave mezerium with minimum or no hope given the amount of crust like mushrooms. The patinet returned and I hoped not to see him as I had least confident that these tiny pellets will push away couple pounds of sicken skin. To my surprise the skin was as clean as the rest. He took remedies for about 3 months. After some time the problem came back and remember you kids out there in such cases always give the remedy you have given last time. So Mezerium alone fisnihed the job. Sulphur would not have been necessary or may be who knows.
