Rubric for: cannot get clean

I am working on a case in which the patient complains of an inability to get clean when he washes himself after using the
toilet (not his hands so much as his anal area). He is by nature quite fastidious about personal cleanliness, although his
house is untidy. His constitutional is Calc.c for sure, but he is going through quite a crisis now. I hope to post more
details later, but right now I have been searching for a rubric along the lines of delusion that he is unclean. Or
hypersensitive to the smell of feces? I think I remember obsessive handwashing to be an aspect of Nat.m and Carc -- is
this correct? Any pointers
