If you give some more definite symptoms, aetiology, modalities, etc, someone
on the list may be able to help with ideas about your voice but in reality
you should be seen by a friendly homoeopath!!

properly as I lost my voice over a month ago (has anyone seen it?) and
haven't
found the remedy. It warbles when I try to talk, is very low pitched, soon
dries up altogether, and doesn't respond to Causticum or rest! Any ideas
welcome.
