Helios dilemma

Hi All,
I'm ready to place a large order with Helios and I still have not received
an email reply from them as to why on their website the pop-up list of
potency options for each remedy does not include 3x potency, anywhere. The
potencies listed in their "full remedy list", found here:
http://www.helios.co.uk/Rx_frame.html and the potencies found in the
alphabetically listed remedies, found here:
http://www.helios.co.uk/alphabet.html do not match, so I have no idea what's
available. Plus, it's the pop-up menu that I have to use for ordering, and
it doesn't offer 3x potency for ANY of the remedies. Also, I've asked them
twice already if the dash symbol ( - ) that they use on the pop-up menu of
potency options denotes Mother Tincture, but I have not received a reply.
Does anyone have these answers? I really need to get my order going and I'm
in the U.S., so giving them a call is not an easy option. Maybe someone who
lives in their local area could find out from them for me?
