Sorry again to the classists online - here's are some naturopathic approaches.
Dear Elizabeth
I will suggest you find a Dr. who is doing biooxidative therapy. Intravenous Ozone or H2O2 therapy would totally knock out candida. No muss, no fuss, no side effects, totally safe and candida will be all wiped out within a few treatments. A search on the internet should help you turn up some referrals
The scarring would also be improved with biooxidative therapy. An increase in oxygen into the cells would surely help or even cure this problem. Perhaps quartely or biannual "boosters" to keep it from degenerating may be necessary
If a bioxidative dr. can't be found, one could try some oxygen products - found on the web- such as ozonated olive oil.
Alternatively, the least recommended way -but still effective- would be oral doses of hydrogen peroxide. If you choose this method, write me personally, I'll give you specific instructions.
Herbally, oral doses of TEA TREE OIL (maximum 5 drops a day) or NEEM may be effective.
Another treatment for scarring and adhesions would be CASTOR OIL PACKS. Cold-pressed castor oil is best. It is gently heated, soaked into a flannel cloth. Place the cloth over the area, a sheet of plastic over/under the cloth/area (for protection) and a heating pad over that.
20 minutes - up to twice daily for intensive cases, but at least 3 times a week.
Consider alternating or mixing mustard oil (the source of thiosinam) with the castor oil. You can get mustard oil from an Indian foods shop. Another would be to alternate with ozonated olive oil.
Otherwise: homeopathically, thiosinam would be the "specific" for scarring.
