There are different concepts in homeopathy which refers to Miasm. When you read Psora in Sankaran's writing it is different from Ortega and both are different from Hahnemann's concept. You may find all of them useful. I think we should first observe why and how Hahnemann used this concept.
I will send English text of Hahnemann's Chronic Disease little by little. I think reading the book together and discussing on it would be helpful.
