I have a patient aged 45yrs., Female, who has worked for years as a
Nurse in Cardiothoracic Surgery unit.
The difficulty with this patient she is healthy, having no other
complaints, so one can say PAUCITY OF SYMPTOMS, but suffering from
progressive MACULAR DEGENERATION. Can anyone suggest me any rubric or
similimum for this. No combinations please.

Find a good eye supplement containing the following:

vitamin C, vitamin E, selenium, zinc, beta-carotene, lutein.
Additionally, take ginkgobiloba or bilberry.

Not really answering your question but this alone can
stop or even reverse the degeneration.

But even without "complaints", there must be "characteristics", things that
*to you* could indicate the direction of her imbalance -- and since macular
degeneration isn't compatible with excellent health, there surely *is*
imbalance there.

Sorry if I'm stating the obvious, but sometimes people don't "complain"
simply because they don't know what it would be like to think/feel/live/
behave any differently, so a case can't be defined by the patient's
"complaints", but has to be based also on the *prescriber's* assessment of
their state, and where it differs from a "normal" or "truly healthy" state
-- e.g. cravings, aversions, sensitivities, inner beliefs, habits...

Or am I misunderstanding what you meant to ask; maybe you looked for all
that and found nothing else out of the ordinary? I am reacting specifically
to your reference to "complaints"...

But, is this a rubric that might apply? VISION; LOSS of vision, blindness;
malignant, central scotoma, with: benz-d., carbn-s., iodof., plb., tab.,
thyr.

or VISION; SCOTOMA; central: benz-d., carbn-s., iodof., plb., tab., thal.,
thyr.?

Best wishes,
Shannon

Hi all,
there is a Homeopathic physician - eye specialist in Pittsburgh USA, who, in fact, specialises in Macular Degeneration. I had the opportunity to meet him some time back. I'm sure he could advise you. He may not remember me after so long, nevertheless pass on my regards.

His name is
Dr. Edward Kondrot ekondrot@pipeline.com
He has a website, so do a search on "kondrot + eye"
