Hello Group,

I have read ( Dr Praful Vijaykar ) that the kalis have
no anxiety
normally (which should mean chronic stage) but much
anxious during
acutes.

Will the People who just like that tolerate chronic
ailments but
make a fuss and want to get bandaged for a slight
scratch be included
in this category ?

I think the reason why the kalis might not show too much anxiety during the
chronic stage is because by then there is really serious pathology going on
with an accompanying weakness, too weak to be anxious, anxiety takes a lot
of energy. You will also find a number of the kalis in the rubric
'consolation aggravates'. But each case would have to be taken on its own
merit as many kalis have a kind of hypochondriacal anxiety. Kali mur and
kali silicata become anxious about the little things but kali iod can have
so many ailments and symptoms, many of them chronic and serious. Kali phos
and kali ars will want a lot of attention due to the influence of the
phosphorus and arsenicum components and can get really scared if the heart
sx begin to threaten. So I think what you ask is too general really, in my
opinion anyway, and best not to generalise.

A very thoughtful reply. Thanks.
My question was actually on Kali m. My son had the
trio of Anal itch + mild cough + a persistent mapped
tongue( now confined to the basal region). These are
remnants of once chronic ailment picture. after tub,
these remain tho in a much weaker form.
Hering gives a good connection :cough with anal itch
and mapped or greyish tongue. I wanted to see whether
this anxiety for trifles is so kali as kali m is in
the rubric. Trifles can have so many meanings esp in
hom understanding of mind. Hence the question . Thanks
again.
