Hello Arlene,
I think it will depend on how sterile the bottle and water used.
New Jersey can get quite hot, I will then
tell the client to put the bottle in the refrigerator. However I had one
client who kept his bottle in the cab of his truck, parked outside on the
job site, which got very hot and didn't seem to effect the remedy or the
bottle contents getting cloudy.
