Goitre & Iodine

Dear Colleagues

It is obvious that for us as a species to function well we need a number raw
materials (minerals, vitamins etc) to assimilate.

Iodine is one of them.

There are areas on Earth where there is little iodine - iodine therefore
needs to be used as a supplement.

There are a couple of good natural sources of iodine. One is Sea salt and
the other I believe is walnut.

The walnut has we normally see it has a hard outer shell. However, when
picked it has a fleshy green outer cover.
The fresh fruit is very rich and in fact those working with it will get
brown hands through handling it.

So pickled walnuts which is the fresh fruit pickled would be absolutely
superb for someone in a sepia state! :-)

Enjoys and remove the maintaining cause!

Or maybe Juglans Nigra. I have a little bit of this tincture left and it is made from the green/black walnut!!
