Complete Millenium, Mind; ANXIETY constriction of chest,
Does this mean Anxiety causes a constriction of the chest or constriction of the chest causes anxiety? I am looking for the former?

Does this mean at menopause or at the end of a period? I am looking for the rubric for the latter.

Not specifically menopause as there is also a rubric for that + elderly
women so it could be for any reason and if you study the rx in that
rubric each will have their own reason for this cessation.
If you mean a period that begins straight away after another then you
could use the 'frequent' rubrics or 'protracted'. Best wishes, Joy

I've always taken it to mean after menopause. Best look at the provings in that
rubric for more info I guess if you are still not sure.

Thanks Joy. No this is a period which she thinks has finished and 2 days later starts up again for a couple of days and then finishes.

I would still be inclined to use the 'protracted' rubric then as well
as the intermit you suggested yourself. But if you look at a couple of
top rx for intermits it is often a frequent stopping and starting and
depending on activity such as lying down or walking around. I often
find that these characteristics of the menses, whether they be stop and
start or are drawn out are often reflected in the emotional character
of the person involved. Joy
