Hi everyone,
I am looking for opinions regarding the use of Carcinosin in an LM
potency. I have heard some not so nice stories in regards to this
combination. Anyone have any input?
Thanks

What are you concerned about?

Hi Sheri,
I know it is not a combination, poor choice of words.
I have seen and heard of very severe aggravations when Carcinosin has been
used in an LM potency and was alittle cautious to use this potency when
dealing with Carcinosin.

Donna,
I use Carcinosin in LM form rather often but usually start the patient at an
LM1, 1 to 3 drops per day, depending on how sensitive they are.
I am careful how much of the LM to give them at first. Then I work up the
number of drops to 7 per dose.
The aggravations I've seen with this remedy are mostly that the person is
hungrier than normal or they feel like they have had too much caffeine.
The beauty of LM dosing is that you can adjust the number of drops and the
repetition of doses to the patient.
I hope this helps.

Hi Donna,
No more problems than any other remedy. Depends on the person and
sensitivity and strength of vital force
and as Soroush says, must individualize how dose is given - not routinely
every day........individualize number of successions, number of drops and
frequency.

Donna,
You might read the book "Impossible Cure" for a good story involving a cure
of autism via Carc. LM. (I'm spacing on the author's name, but the book is
available through Amazon.com or I imagine through any supplier of
homeopathic books.)
Peace,
Cinnabar

I have one patient using it this way (off and on over a couple of years),
with lovely results. What have you heard?

My first experience with LMs (on my son) involved horrible aggravation, but
the remedy was Med. In that case the problem was *not* the remedy, but the
instructions we'd been given -- he was being grotesquely overdosed, because
our prescriber wasn't using them properly. Once I reduce the dose, the did
great with it. I wonder whether Carc (or Med) is any more prone to this
than another remedy in LM?

Hi Sheri,
Thank you for your response. May I ask where you purchase your Carc in LM form?
