In knerr's repertory pg 788 Respiration,
breathing,stertorous(snoring)
during sleep: conn,3 nux v.
Nux v has emaciation,very irritable.
To confirm this some characterisation will be
necessary.
1.Whether difficulty is during inspiration or
expiration.
2.Whether sitting up ameliorates (in bed)
3.Time of aggravation
4.Aggravation/amelioration in open air
5.Whether the child is tolerable to cold in general(
cold air,water,food)
6.Whether thirsty or not
Straightaway conclude nux v if there is sitting
amel,night agg (midnight
after), open air agg,intolerable to cold, and very
thirsty.
(adenoid as a condition is of little or no help in
theraputics.Only what adenoids did to the patient
counts.The child'Sensations and their modalities' are
the only help here.collect them as much as possible)

China is also a chronic snorer.Check that out too.
