A CASE: can you give me your opinion?

Hi, everyone! I am a recently graduated homoeoapth in London and I'd like you
to give me your opinion on this case:
Boy, 2.5 y-o,
Presenting Symptom: eczema since 2 weeks after birth. Craddle cap at birth
gon with use of olive oil in scalp.
The case was taken in May. The child had 3 or 4 patches of dry red skin in
arms and legs. No itchy except for last summer (we don't know if because of
heat, perspirqation or what). Slightly worse after bathing with hot water,
The condition of the rest of the skin was normal. His level of energy is
high. he seems a very hsppy child.
Use of cortisone cream on and off in the last year.
Anther symptom was that his left testicle had not yet descended.
Family history: diabetes, cancer, rheumatoid arthritis.
The rubrics used for repertorisation were:
-Mind, obstinate: the mother repeated how stubborn he is
-Mind, egotism: always wants to be the centre of attention
-Mind, curious: he was looking and touching everything during consultation
-Mind. easily offended: above all, when younger he would cry if reprimanded
-Skin, eruptions, itching, warmth, agg.
-Male, genitalia, retraction, testes
Sulphur 30 (single dose) was given and cow's milk eliminated. The skin rashes
dissappeared progressivelyt within one month without aggravation.
A nasal discharge that had develpoed few days before taking the Rx also
disappeared after the Rx.
The child's mental/emotional picture had not changed and his levels of
energy were still high.
Two months later, he comes back with another nasal discharge. Apparently, he
had been taking cow's milk for two weeks (eczema did not come back).
Another dose of Sulphur 30 was given and strongly adviced to avoid cow's milk.
After this Rx the nasal discharge went away. Also, the doctor was able to
"pull down" the testicle, he had been completely toilet trained and he was
free from skin rashes.
I saw him again on 17-09.
He had got molluscum contagiosum and with it it the old skin rashes 9or
eczema) came back. this time different in shape. less circumscribed and more
patches. It was still red, no itchy. No definite modalities could be found.
Also, the old craddle cap came back: yellow pustules in the scalp together
with a white very fine sort of podwer. No apparent changes in his
mental/emotional level, still high energy and happy. The molluscum and the
eczema seem not to bother him at all.
He was not receiving any treatment for it. But he had been having cow's milk
for the last 2 months.
Now, I'd like you to help me with these questions:
-What is the Vital Force "doing"? I mean: was his Vital Force enhanced with
the Rx so that his immune system could be able to deal with a skin infection
- from which, hopefully his immune system will come out strengthened? or on
the contrary, his Vital Force is being lowered- maybe by the cow's milk- and
that's why he was vulnerable to an infection at that moment?
-Could be the craddle cap an old returnable symtom?
-Would you prescribe again at this point? and if you would, which potency?
(Molluscum is covered by Sulphur). Would you rather wait?
I'd really apreciate your opinions about these questions and whatever else
you might see that i haven't.
Thank you all! If you need any additional info, please ask.
