Hi Rochelle, Why would you want to give Cortisone homeopathically now? Are
there any indications for its use at this time? As far as I know, cortisone
in potency is used typically in cases where the pt had symptoms from long
term cortisone poisoning where the symptoms correlate with the provings of
Cortisone, or where the indicated remedy did not act after long term
cortisone use. In cases of cortisone poisoning from long term use, Cortisone
is the remedy in 10% of the cases last I heard. I don't think you need to be
concerned over one cortisone shot. I'm from the "if it ain't broke, don't fix
it" school, in other words, I believe in presribing on symptoms and if the pt
hasn't produced cortisone symptoms I wouldn't treat them.-Nancy tichenor
