Hi colleagues
I must say a big THANK YOU to everyone who thought about this and especially
those who contributed.
This very clever young lady (just turned 16) came to me with a diagnosis of
CFS/ME. Almost constant throbbing headache was one of the early issues.
She is very reserved. Lack of confidence comes through as well.
I prescribed Nat-m and LM01 did good but headaches although reduced in
intensity persisted - Bry 30 (and sometimes 200) helped to a degree.
We went up through LM02 to LM03 and although there were improvements I was
unhappy with the progress. The strength had not picked up much and the
headaches kept coming back, although concentration on school work had
improved. I did a quick re-evaluation and tried Puls which did not help at
all.
She then had an acute and even smiling caused headaches to worsen - Spig
helped.
I had had a feeling all a long that there was some thing I was missing and
there was a deeper issue that had not been shared.
So I asked Mum and some info came through and when I saw the patient again I
explained to her that for me to be able to help her she had to help me and
that Homoeopathy was a two way thing. I asked her to level with me and
thank God she did (her mum had left the room to wait outside). There has
been an incident of a sexual nature when she was 11 by a male cousin in his
20's and she said she had FROZEN while it was happening!
2 months before her recent symptoms, she had met the attacker at a family
gathering.
When I asked her about crying she said - What is the point of crying, it
always gives me a headache.
I think she has tried to put things away in her head and uses her
imagination to write stories etc perhaps as a way of avoiding the thoughts
that up set her.
Re-repertorising Staph came through strongly and of course HEAD PAIN;
GENERAL; excitement of the emotions, after; (Thank you Shannon) is
additional support for it. One can see perhaps that something that had been
pushed to the back of the mind was re-awakened by meeting the man again
after a few years.
As always, getting to the centre of the case helps resolve it.
I will keep you posted.
With best seasonal greetings and thanks once again.
Soroush

Subject: Re: Remedy Help please - weeping
Both these sort of suggest that the head pain is causing the weeping - if
nothing more suitable I would opt for 'sad but crying impossible' (for
whatever reason), also 'desire to cry but eyes are dry' also the obvious
'crying aggravates'.
There is also 'headaches from suppressing crying'
What is the head pain that arises from crying - is it like Bryonia which
always gets a headache from coughing or sneezing and any kind of jarring
action?
