Additional comments to those made by Feras Hakkak:
The source material for the Lac-h was taken from a mother in England 5
months into her lactation, chosen because she seemed to be a "good mother".
It became apparent to me while doing the proving of Lac-m that the milk of
one mother in full lactation plus the colostrum would probably have
sufficed; as much
of what differentiated it from Lac-h appeared to come from the colostrum
aspect.
There are many similarities between the 2 Rx but some differences also.
If you'd like to read something written by me on Lac-m try the AHA website
and follow the links to publications:

The full proving has been available for 12 months now and is available from
me and some bookshops in Europe and the US.
There will be more information available in the New Year when my new book is
published.
