Time for taking remedies

Hi Joy
I am quite interested in this subject. I have heard it said (but I don't
know who said it, or wrote it) that remedies should be taken at a time when
the aggravation is greatest. So I usually suggest that remedies are taken
just before the time of day that symptoms are worst. But I have no idea
about whether they work better at this time. What are your thoughts?

Dear Steve, I don't know who wrote it either but I go only by what is in the
materia medicas - if it is stated that it is best to give a remedy at a
certain time, or not, as is the case with bellis at night time, then I abide
by that. Otherwise I always let my clients decide when to take the remedy.
This gives them their own level of interaction which I feel is more than
useful and pertains to the individualisation of each case.

Best wishes, Joy
