Homeopathy in Kerala

Dear Alex,
I am a final year homeopathy student in Kerala a province at southern most part of India. Homeopathy is the most popular therapeutic method next to allopathy.
In Kerala, we have 5 (allopathic) Medical colleges , 4 BHMS colleges (Homeopathy) *two are run by government*, and 4 BAMS colleges (Ayurveda),there are more than 200 Govt. run Clinics for homoeopathy this is in addition to individual clinics and private homeo hospitals. But, most of them are not on the same scale and financial budget as allopathic hospitals. But, the budget part of it is more related to the fact that homeopathic medicines, *consultation fees*, and diagnosis techniques are far inexpensive than in the allopathic system.
By the way, Ayurveda is the traditional medical system of India, and with its emphasis on herbal and natural medicines, is recovering from the neglect it was suffering from.
