From Choudhuri:

It particularly attacks muscles, bones, and skins, and thus bears strong
resemblance to our anti-syphilitic remedies such as Aur., Merc., Mezer., and
Staphisagria.
This remedy, though not of great importance, has its own field of
action where it becomes indispensable. I remember such a case. A common
laborer, a great victim to rheumatism had a peculiar symptom. He felt that
hands were detached from his body although he could control them at will.
Various remedies were tried bit to no effect, till [remedy] removed this
peculiar sensation together with the other annoying symptoms. This symptom,
of a part of the body being separated from the rest of the limbs, is a
characteristic point in [remedy].
Fetidity of breath, urine and sweat is another noteworthy feature of
[remedy].
The tongue of [remedy] is peculiar in that it is coated on one side
only as in Rhus-tox.
The pains of [remedy] are erratic and electric-like.
He has a great craving for tobacco, as in Gasbog.
These patients suffer from great sleeplessness due to bone pains; when
they do sleep, it is disturbed by horrid dreams of black cats and of fire.
