Whole case posted yesterday, so I haven't included the whole case. But
still hopeful for any remedy suggesting headaches lasting 5 days before
menses. Patient says for the past 7 yrs, headaches always have lasted for 5
days, despite trying lots of allopathic treatment. She had some sort of
homoeopathic drops about 4 yrs ago in NZ, but can't recall what they were
that worked very well for a time.

Just going off to read up on Ferrum Met to see if it fits. Also Verat. as
Venkat suggested.
Cheers, Rhonda.

you could try the h/a once a month, every 3 weeks (which it nearly is), >>>
when menses start seems to be very important and also enquire as to why the
headache is never present at the weekend, is she more relaxed or perhaps too
busy to have a headache - nux vom is like that.

Best, Joy
