Did you look at Verat alb? It is the only Rx in Bogers amelioration in internal head- "relieved, menses during"

Ver-a fits in with concommittants before menses, head, nausea, is worse motion,has swollen extremities,ice
cold extremities and the localitiy in the region of eyes.
Sepia is not relieved during menses. may be why it worked partially and changed modalities.
