Credential : CCH

What I observed that few members are writing with un-known names (aliases/pen
names) but they also write CCH (Certified in Classical Homeopathy) or other
degrees and fellowships like FSHom (Fellow of the Society of Homeopaths (United
Kingdom). This logic is un understandable to me. This is o.k when one writes
with his/her pen name but what is the purpose of writing degrees and fellowships
under their pen is beyond my approach. How can we verify that person from their
fellow ship offices. Is this not fraud which they are doing? One is writing BHMS
under is his/her signature and is not providing any licensing authority or his
her full name except for unknown pen name. I am confuesed. How can we (layman)
verify that person whether he or she is actually a real homeopath?
Thanks
