fire. Loquacity. Suicidal disposition; throwing himself from windows. Throws
things away. Makes verses. Witty. 9Disposition to quarrel at the most
harmless speech. Great nervous excitability & exaltation of intellectual
faculties. Nervousness and want of confidence.

There are prominent mental symptoms which indicate
this remedy.
Both suicidal and homicidal tendencies are developed.
There is a sudden impulse to kill. Patient both
suffers from 'Fear of killing' and 'Fear of sudden
death'. 'Sudden impulse to throw the child into fire'.
Auditory hallucinations like hearing ringing of
doorbell are also common.
There is a feeling of distress in heart region.
'Rapid, irregular and intermittent pulse'. 'Fluttering
of heart with sensation of fullness about clavicles
and feeling of suffocation'.
The patient craves sour things and esp lemons.
