Physical Size Of Kent's Repertory...

Here's one of those "babe new to homeopathy" questions again. I've
gotten two, Kents. One is the large dictionary size and the other a
smaller almost pocket size the price was right and I'm sure I can
sell the one I don't keep. As I use the repertory more and become
experienced will I have occasion to need to make notes in the margins
of it? The larger one has more space and would be good for writing in
if necessary.

Personally I liked (before I became completely stuck on my computer reps!)
big, and I liked having generous room to write in the margins -- legibly!
But if the price is that good, why not keep both so that you have the more
portable one for any occasion where portability might matter? (You wouldn't
have your notes in the big one, but...)

I've seen from India fall apart fairly quickly. I tried getting mine
re-bound, and the binder laughed. It would have to be taken apart
into the signatures and re-sewn-- and then the paper was of such poor
quality that it would not take the re-sewing.
The best Small Kent I have seen is printed in the UK.

Julian,
A little further from the pysical size, I have another question.
About the massive additions to Kent in Synthesis and Complete. I
somewhere read a homeopath saying No more should be added to Kent's.
It is complete. Also that Kent left out all those which he thought
were of no value.

Now, do you find merit in this argument?
