"appealing dynamic" which I suppose you could translate into "TLC"... We
participate in this forum because we CARE and wish to improve on our
knowledge and consequently on our patients' lives (hopefully
)A lot of knowledge is hugely welcome but a condescending attitude switches
people off, which is a pity because all that fount of knowledge then goes to
waste!
