Patient 33Years, Drinking alcohol for 10Years, for the past 3-Years having Constipation Problem on & off with flatulence. Whenever he withdraws alcohol constipation & Flatulence develops, when consumes no problem.

Developed Anal abcess 10Days before, Pus like leaking below the Left Scrotum area after the abcess burst, after 3Days of forming.

To start with Given 1-Dose of Tubercullinum 200 as prophylactics. Planning to repeat every 15Days for about 6Times.

Given Silicea 30 3-Doses 3-Times a Day. The opening closes after 5-Days.

After 2-Days again it opened and Pus like discharge is still coming.

When repertorised found Calcarea Sulpurica for Anal Abcess. Can this be given along with Silicea or to be given after the complete discharge of Pus only.

Kindly suggest If anybody before cured Anal Fistula.

Any other procedure to completely cure Anal Fistula by Our Medicine.

Please look at Carbo Animalis for the fistula as it was a tip given by a lecturer at college. I personally have had no experience in prescribing for one.

I have used Aloe Soc and Podophylum in combination in 30c once daily for
10 days.

Any more frequent and it may cause an aggravation. Once daily seems to
work better.

Is your client an alcoholic? does he drink regularly? if so, what is the
reason for his drinking habit. We need to have at least a few mind Sx. in
order to start to get an idea of what is going on. The reason for the silica
not having cured is that probably he has a miasmatic blockage, Rx not
holding. What miasms are most prominent now? (could be syphilitic and/or
tubercular) what do you think?. His liver is probably also under stress, his
he or been depressed ? taking any medication. Please get a bit more and we
might be able to help on a more permanent basis

you talking about ? I am absolutely stunned by some of the remarks made here
! However, see myself confirmed about other things I have written here days
before. Beside, THIS case must be attacked completely different in my opinion
and as I said before, information is far to scarce.
