Thrush -recurrent

Any ideas for recurrent thrush? Patient, female, 44, phosphoric
constitution, married, three children, no history of pill or any hormonal
intervention, has IUD fitted (not the hormone variety). Aware of
nutrition, sticks to organic foods, drinks filtered water. Slightly
overweight (1st). Has been on various treatments, including allopathy
(Diflucan, Canesten, Nystatin), acidophillus and diet (Hay diet).
Tried homoeopathic treatment when the above failed to give long term relief.
Has had homoeopathic treatment for the past four years with limited
success for her thrush. Homoeopathy has however cured her hayfever and
PMS!
She came to me because the thrush now comes back monthly - (just after her
ovulation and leading up to her menses) and her previous homoeopath has
given up on her (or she has given up on him!). Patient is chilly, better
for rest, better for creative activities, loves art and books but is not
interested in vigorous exercise. Thirstless, no particular food likes or
dislikes, but has reported an increase in her carb intake especially bread.
Any thoughts hugely welcome!!!
