Been thinking about this...
I have had seen one cure of a chronic problem with tinctures.
The 22 year-old woman had experienced palpatations at night which got
her out of bed. She had them for about 10 years, usually one every
two or three months. The docs could find nothing wrong.
She was interested in homeopathy, and took to reading Boericke's
Materia Medica. She found a description under the remedy Iberis amara
of her condition. Since Boericke says, "Tincture to 1st potency" she
obtained a bottle of Iberis tincture. A month later she experience
the pain at 2am and took one drop of Iberis tincture straight on her
tongue. The pain stopped in about a half minute. In the 30 years
since, she has had no recurrence.
I also, in the nature of an experiment, gave someone in the throes of
a bad flu, two drops of self-made Eupatorium perf. tincture in a
spoon of water. The person fell asleep within 10 minutes and woke
perfectly well in the morning.
Also ion the nature of an experiment, I gave a single Belladonna
tincture tablet to a woman with a severe "Belladonna" flu--
characterized by a headache, red-face, extreme heat, etc. She had a
terrible aggravation of the headache for about ten minutes, fell
asleep and woke well in the morning.

It is through these experiences, plus the early practice of
Hahnemann, Gram, and others that I realized that potentization is NOT
a requirement for homeopathic cure.

Probably you are barking at a wrong tree. Who has any difference with tinctures? The question is why did you use homeopathic tinctures? Why not allopathic or herbal? I have also had good experience with tincture - a big time and found them mostly work more than 30C. And all reactions with mother tinctures are not homeopathic too. We are getting in a messy region to describe what is and what is not homeopathic in mother tinctures? You get refined results when you scale down. Anyway I do not think this discussion is much useful and worth people time though literary it is good.

Which tree is that?
I do not understand the "allopathic or herbal."

As I said, in one case it was what was reccomended by Boericke. I the
others it was just for experimentation to see if, in a case with very
clear symptoms, the tincture would cure-- and it did.
What is homeopathic is very simple:
Take the case. Look at the Characteristic Symptoms. Give a remedy
that has been shown to have those symptoms in the provings. See if a
cure results.
If a cure results, then the medicine was homeopathic to the case-- be
it a mother tincture or a CM potency.
Your opinion. I will agree or not when I can understand what you are
talking about.
