radiation damage to heart

Dear all,
I had a left mastectomy for cancer in the early 90s, then radiation and
chemo (slash, burn, poison). I have memory loss from chemo, and in recent
years heart trouble manifesting probably, I've just learned, from the radiation
( http://dukemednews.duke.edu/news/article.php?id=576 )
and of course no left breast (no one is coming NEAR me again with a surgical
knife -- reconstruction is not for me). I am SO PISSED. LAWSUIT. CLASS
ACTION.
But aside from that, I wonder if anyone has treated, or been treated for,
radiation damage to the heart. Should one just go with symptoms, or is there
something else to be considered?
Also, I wonder if there is a comprehensive review of heart cases, like
the Dr. Ramakrishnan's for cancer (his book, A Homeopathic Approach to Cancer).
Many thanks,
Margaret Lamb
