Tear

A woman who sustained a tear during 2nd confinement. It was sutured but the
sutures did not hold and she was left with a gaping deep wound which while
not infected was very wet in appearance. Fortunately there is no damage to
sphincters Merc Sol was previously thought to be her constitutional . She
used this in 30c twice daily and Calendula in low potency and I think
Calendula locally The wound {hole} is clean but not decreasing in size
after 2 weeks She feels quite upset, at first she said sad, but then the
feeling was that she did not get proper care, that they did not do an
episiotomy and use a different method of suturing. She is medically and
homoeopathically informed. She has lost the heaviness in perineum and
fatigue she had 2 weeks ago. That was probably normal for the period after
birth.
Some of rubrics studied, I am sure there are others .

I think that her Iron levels are OK but will advise checking them and
perhaps some of groups thoughts would be useful, I am tending towards
advising Stapthisagria,. There is also the fact that she is in another
country from her extended family and a feeling she would have had more
particapation in birthing process in own country. Thanks Jean
