Here is a simple straightforward case. I am sure you will immediately guess
the correct remedy.

Frequent stools since 2 years. The stools are loose and worse in the
morning. Wakes up with urging. Many times has to wake up even at night
usually around 3.00 or 4.00 am. Has to go at least 6 to seven times during
the day.
Started after being attacked one night and receiving knife injuries in the
abdomen.
Has been steadily loosing weight in the last two years. Lost about ten
kilos. Frequent urination at night. Desires sweets and very cold water.
