A homeopath prescribed Bovista LM 0/50 for my chronic cough which come back at least once yearly. It will last for 1-3 mths.
The LM0/50 looks like very high potency to me. Is this understanding correct?

I checked Boericke on Bovista and it does not say anything about chronic cough. Is this mentioned in other materia medica?

Yesssssssssssss

Hahnemann mentioned Q30 as the highest Q-potency in Art. 270 of the
ORGANON, and I have certainly never seen a Q50.

Moreover, Hahnemann specifically said to begin with Q1 and proceed
as necessary.

I'd fire him.
