Botulinum

Hi,

1. Can you describe the essence of Botulinum?

2. Also, which are the usual potencies for this remedy?

3. And what is the LOWEST POTENCY THAT CAN BE GIVEN TO ANYONE WITHOUT POISONING HIM.

(I am amazed to see that MD doctors inject this poisonous drug to people's face -- to soften wrinkles -- so close to the brain, and say that there is no side effects, and I hesitate to use it in a 6c potency).

Thanks.

Rafy

Essence notions have absolutely nothing to do with legitimate
homeopathy, and Hahnemann as much as said so on pp. 121-22 of THE
CHRONIC DISEASES.

It's fascinating that apparently no Kentian or GV (i.e., follower in
the George Vithoulkas school of thought) or any other high-potency
pseudo-homeopath (HPH) has ever read those very important pages in
which Hahnemann dismissed HPHs by naming two of their seven or eight
major mistakes and low-potency pseudo-homeopaths (LPHs) for doing
everything wrong.

Characteristic/uncommon symptoms are the key to homeotherapeutics.

Why do none of you people know what is meant by them, and how can you
possibly justify homeotherapeutics without matching symptoms as close
as possible, as is demanded by the Law of Similars?

Likewise, why do you think that repertorizations are sufficient when
they have nothing to do with symptom similarity?

Basic homeopathy, folks.

Try reading Articles 153 & 154 again.

Then dig on why Hering wanted the equilateral triangle to represent
our school, inside of which he wanted printed "By This Sign We
Conquer."

These kinds of fundamental mistakes permeate your journal literature
and thereby make it totally useless, throwaway literature.

Uh oh!

Did I step on toes again?

Better question: how come none of you seem to know these things?

Dear Albert,
I have learned that sometimes we think some masters believe in something and actually they do not. I have experienced this several times in my life. In fact when we do not have enough information, we fall into imaginations. For example those who think George Vithoulkas insists on "constitutional prescribing" can go to this address and read his article on the subject (http://www.vithoulkas.com/articles.html).
There he writes: "It is obvious therefore from this above short analysis that the meaning of "constitutional" remedy is rather an elusive one or better that it has eluded several generations of homeopaths so far and it is my belief that it will continue to do so in the future."

Also about the potency problem. If you have studied Materia Medica Viva, for many of the remedies Vithoulkas has offered lower potencies, too.
Dear Rafy, Why do you think 6C potency can have toxic effects? Even the most toxic agents in our materia medica are used in 6C (and even 3C) with no problem. Just remember that you must not repeat the remedies (whatever the potency) mechanically. Only and only when it is necessary to repeat we have to repeat. Also you have to lower the dose (not potency) to prevent aggravations and severe responses. In summary:
1- correct simillimum
2- correct potency
3- correct dose
4- correct repetition
If you observe these GOLDEN RULES you will almost never prove the remedies to your patients and you will almost always cure them!
Something else regarding the potency problem. Rajan Sankaran has newly developed a method to find the correct potency (from 6C to 100M) and this means that we have to select our potency according to some rules not protocols.
