The other side of Phos

Hi shanon,

No, bio-chemic medicines are not as deep acting as our high potencies, but
still they have a lot to offer.

The phos patient is usually outgoing and a great extrovert, but if you look
at the repertory you will find symptoms like reserved and indifference
apathy, indifference to loved ones all in black letters. This is a much
later state of the patient. The nerves in the Phos patient are affected and
they can develop brain atrophy
in later years. Once they develop this condition they tend to become
withdrawn from society.

Each medicine has a set of symptoms that are almost present in all patients
needing that medicine. for example the combination for Phos is something
like friendly, desires company, desires salt, cold drinks and ice cream,
sleeps on the right side and the patient is sympathetic. For phos to work
this combination needs to be present.
But then there are exceptions to the rule. For example if a petient is
sufferring from some chronic chest complaint you may not be able to get the
desire for cold drinks. In fact the patient may insist that they do not
like cold drinks. This is becuase the cold drinks affects them so adversely
that they learn to keep away from it. Again in diseases such as brain
atrophy the patient can not cope up with company and they slowly withdraw
from society, become indifferent etc. This is an exception found only in
one particular condition.
